Track, Float and Settle Cash to keep Track of your Money
Do you accept cash as payment upon delivery? This Cash Management feature will allow you to Track Outstanding Balances, Float Cash to Drivers and Settle Up.

TRACK OUTSTANDING BALANCES

Navigate to your Cash Management portal

View all your drivers or search to find a specific driver

See the number of jobs completed, cash floats, current status (online or offline), and outstanding balance


Cash Float

Use the Cash Float feature to record cash given to drivers before or during their shift to allow the driver to make change for cash orders

Cash Floats will be tracked against the driver as money owed back to the organization

Settle Up

Merchant Users can perform cash collection/settlement at anytime

Select the driver to see any cash floats, outstanding balances, and corresponding orders

Select individual or all orders you are collecting cash for by clicking the check box

Enter an “Amount Collected from Driver”

If there is a variance, the amount actually collected does not match the amount that should be collected, you will be prompted to put a reason for the variance

Then click “Record Cash Settlement”

Max Cash on Hand Allowed
As a dispatcher, you can receive a pop-up notification when a driver has reached their maximum cash on hand amount so that I can take appropriate actions for the situation.
Max Cash on Hand feature is located on the Settings-Advanced Settings -Driver App Behavior
You can set the maximum amount of cash a Handler may have on hand.

The notification pops up with noise to let Dispatcher know that Handler is over their Max Cash Allowed

The notification contains the following details:

Notification Name (Max Cash on Hand Reached)

Cash Allowed (Max Cash configured in Admin Setting)

Cash on Hand (Amount driver actually has)

Driver Name

Driver ID

Driver Phone

Cash Management Options
Navigate to your Settings
- Enable Default Cash Flow - as a Merchant you can enter the default value when floating cash to your driver. You can always edit this value for each cash float.
- Pay Incentive on Cancel - as a Merchant you can choose whether you want to pay Incentives to a driver, even if the order is canceled. Check the Incentive page here Incentives.
- Accepted Payment Methods at Delivery - as a Merchant you can choose which payment methods are admissible to your business. You can select one or all of them.
