Create an Account with GetSwift Support

- Click Sign In to GetSwift Support

- Click "New to GetSwift Support? Sign Up"
STEP 3
- Create an Account
STEP 4
- Verify you email
STEP 5
- Create your password
Submit a Support Ticket
STEP 1
- Click Submit support ticket
STEP 2
- Choose your Ticket Type
- Report an Issue– An issue in the system with functionality, but it is not considered an emergency. An example would be, “Joe Smith ordered Steak on Monday for $9.99, but today it’s showing a price of $12.99.”
- Technical Question – Examples: Can you see why our customer Joe Smith wasn’t charged a $5.00 delivery fee on X date?”
- Report Outage – An issue in the system with functionality that needs to be addressed immediately. An example would be, “Multiple customers are receiving an error popup when adding Potatoes to their order this week.”
- Feature Request:This is a request that requires an estimate from the dev or design team.
