Job Report History for Quick Detail Lookup
The History page allows you to view your job details at any stage (from active to completed or even cancelled).
- Navigate to your Reports then click HISTORY
Find
- SEARCH by: Reference, ID, Pick Up Name, Drop Off Name, Driver, PickUp Address, Destination Address or even Customer Reference
- FILTER by: job statuses including Active, Completed, or Cancelled
Delivery Details
- View job details such as:
- Reference & ID
- Driver’s Name
- Pickup and Destination Addresses
- Time Stamps
- Pickup and Destination Contact Info
- Delivery Fees
- Delivery Notes & Instructions
- Order Items
- Proof of Delivery
- Signatures
- Photos
- Custom Proof of Delivery Fields

- Additional Details:
- Show Order Items - list of items delivered
- Show History - job stages with time stamps
- Show Additional Fields - any additional information entered when creating the job
- Return Items - create a return job for items delivered (refer to Returns article to learn more)
- Show Route - view actual route taken by driver (example shown below)
