HAS THE DRIVER BEEN APPROVED?
If your organization has enabled the "Manually approve new drivers" setting, you must approve each new driver before they are "Active" and can go online to complete jobs.

Navigate to Fleets and click on the 'Drivers' tab
- Click the filter icon and set the Account Status to "Awaiting Approval" to search for drivers that are not yet active

Notice the driver status under the profile picture, "Candidate". This means the driver has yet to be approved and cannot yet go online.

Click on the driver's name and then click the "Approve" button to change the driver status to "Active". Once activated, the driver is able to go online and complete jobs.
