Feedback Ratings for Driver's Completed Jobs
The Ratings page allows you to see the feedback and rating of drivers for tasks.
- This feature is only available if you share a feedback link with your customer. The feedback link can be enabled in the Alerts settings, by sending a "Job Completed" SMS message to your end customer with the {feedback link} included.
- Navigate to your Reports then click RATINGS
Filter By Driver
- See ratings grouped by driver
- Number of Ratings
- Average Rating
- Customer Comments
Filter by Job
- Delete: allows you to delete a rating to take it out of the driver’s cumulative scoring
- Job #: will take you to that task in the History Section for more comprehensive details
- Details: will show the Pick-up, Drop-off & Total Time taken to complete
Customer Survey Rating
As a Dispatcher, you have an enhanced view of the 'Order Received Poor Rating' Notification on the Dispatch Map.
- To enable this feature go to 'Merchant Settings'
- Then click 'Advanced Settings'
If a customer gives a rating below the number of stars that were set above, the merchant will be notified. The notification card will show:

Order received poor rating

Job ID and Reference Number

Customer Name and Contact information

Pause and Dismiss icons

‘Show more info’ at the bottom left
User can click on ‘Show more info’ to see:

Driver Name, ID and Contact information

Food Rating (stars)

Delivery Rating (stars)

Service Rating (stars)

Comment (100 character limit)

if over 100 characters, a note appears that says ‘see report for full comment’ in gray

‘Show less info’ should be visible at the bottom left (replaces ‘show more info’ when expanded)
