Checklist Reminder for Drivers before they Log Online
Driver Declarations: create a customizable checklist of items that a driver must agree to before they go “online” at the beginning of each shift to start receiving tasks in the driver mobile app
Create Driver Declarations for ALL of your fleets within your Organization:
- Within the Fleets Dashboard, navigate to "All Fleets" then Settings
- Select a vehicle type and write declarations for specific vehicle type because there might be different requirements for a delivery person using a car compared to a bicycle
- Add the declaration(s) you desire
- Locked: click the lock icon to force all fleets to complete this declaration
- Enable: determine which declarations you want active by clicking the checkmark next to the corresponding item
Create Driver Declarations for a SPECIFIC fleet within your Organization:
- Create Driver Declarations specific to a Fleet within the Fleets Dashboard, navigate to Fleet you want to add declaration(s) to then click then Settings
- Driver Declaration Frequency determines how often the driver declarations pop up for your drivers to fill out the declarations again
- Frequency can be turned on and off per specific declaration
- Enable: determine which declarations you want active by clicking the checkmark next to the corresponding item
- The First Declaration: "I will drive carefully and treat customers with respect"
- Is locked, set for the "All Fleets" driver declaration dashboard (an individual fleet cannot disable, delete or edit it)
- The Second Declaration: "I am wearing my NYC Fleet uniform"
- Is enabled just for this fleet
- The Third Declaration: "I won't drink and drive"
- Is not enabled at this time, so drivers will not see this upon going online
- This declaration is created only for this fleet, so it can be edited and deleted
Adding a Declaration
When you add new Declaration, there are two declaration formats to choose from. Yes / No OR Range. Both options can be used for many different types of reminders or rules for your drivers.
With the Yes / No, you can input a declaration such as "Is your car clean?"
With Range, you can ask for your driver to enter their temperature. During set up, the Merchant User can then enter an appropriate range. If the driver does not enter the proper range - they will not be able to login.
You can enable or disable Declarations, edit or delete them. You can set Declaration frequency or add new Declaration.
