There are three ways to set up how the drivers' accepted jobs will be handled once he goes offline or he is automatically sent offline.
This can be managed on the fleet level by going into fleets settings.
Scroll to the Other section and use the settings market below to update handling jobs when the driver goes offline.
Option 1
Force Abandon jobs when the driver goes offline - unchecked
Result: Driver’s jobs will remain active once he goes offline
Option 2
Force Abandon jobs when the driver goes offline - checked
Abandon only jobs where the order has not yet been picked up - selected
Result: Accepted jobs where the order has not yet been picked up will be abandoned and the ones where the order has been picked up will remain in the same status
Option 3
Force Abandon jobs when the driver goes offline - checked
Abandon all jobs - selected
Result: All driver’s active jobs will be abandoned
In every of the cases explained above, when the driver tries to go offline manually, the popup will be displayed with the number of jobs that will be abandoned if he goes offline.
