Get Swift has integration with Delivery Biz Pro, which allows the two platforms to work in sync and provide our clients and customers with the best and most seamless service you deserve. There are many benefits that this integration offers, one of them being exporting order details from Delivery Biz Pro and importing them into GetSwift, thus turning them into jobs your drivers can deliver to the end consumer.
Delivery Biz Pro
To start, you need to log into your Delivery Biz Pro admin page.
Scroll on the left side to Route Management and click on Print Route Sheets
Choose the route, bag labels, delivery week, and the driver(s) you wish to export.
Click on the GetSwift Export
Once you have completed this last step, you should get a CSV file with all the necessary columns to upload onto the GetSwift side.
Once you have finished downloading the file, you can proceed to your GetSwift account.
Log into your GetSwift account.
When you have logged in, go to Operations ---> Fleets. Here you need to select the fleet and choose a driver to place the driver match code. You can find more information on the driver match code here.
Here is where you can locate the driver match code (Also known as Job Match Code):
Once the driver match code has been set, click on the burger menu sign in the top right corner of the navigation menu and click on Settings which can be found under your Merchant.
When you are on your Merchant Setting page, scroll down and choose from the New job driver notification method Notify specific driver and update the change.
When you have updated your settings, click on the little plus button at the top of your navigation bar.
Here you will see all the options to enter jobs, and the one you should pick is the batch upload.
Here you will see the option to validate an address manually, which will open a new window where you can enter a test batch upload (bulk) file. However, if everything is in order with the addresses, you can proceed to upload the CSV file you downloaded previously from Delivery Biz Pro.
When you have completed all these steps, you should see all the jobs reflected on the map on the left side where all your jobs are located.
Be advised that your drivers will not receive a new job notification unless their app is turned on and they are online.
